Varsity vs Homestead High School In their first game of the tournament, the Vikings faced off against Homestead on their home floor. The Vikings were in control the whole game, leading by four at halftime. By the start of the fourth quarter, they had increased the lead to nine. The Vikings continued their offensive consistency in the last quarter and finished with a win, with the final score being 62-51. Jack Smiley led the team in scoring with 26 points, shooting 50% from the field while also dishing six assists. Caden Crowell was second in scoring with eight points, KJ Avery and Julian Stokes had six, and Phil Amones and Trent Kimes both finished with five.
