Just a couple of reminders to ensure Physical Night runs as smoothly as possible: If you are new to VHS, you must create a FinalForms account for your child: --From valpovikings.com, click on FinalForms in the main menu and follow the directions to create the account. --If you already have a FinalForms account, simply log into your account. Once logged in: --Click on the blue box on the middle of the screen that says “Click to switch to 2024-25 registration." For both new and existing accounts: --Update any medical information for your student-athlete --E-sign all forms for the 2024-25 school year. --When you get to the last form titled, IHSAA PPE Physical (for Physicians), click on the blue box stating “Click to print - IHSAA PPE Physical Form”.
