VALPARAISO GIRLS AND BOYS SOCCER TEAMS HEAD TO THE 3A REGIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP Following impressive victories in the Regional Semifinals at VHS on Oct 16 and Oct 17, the Valparaiso Girls and Boys Soccer teams are set to compete in the 2024 IHSAA Regional Championship on Saturday, October 19th at Penn High School’s Lionshead Specialty Tire & Wheel Varsity Field. The girls match will kick off at 1 PM CST / 2 PM EST, with Penn serving as the home team, followed by the boys match at 3 PM CST / 4 PM EST, where Concord will have the home designation. **GAMEDAY INFO** - Girls Match: Valparaiso vs. Penn at 2 PM EST. Penn will wear dark uniforms and use the south bench, while Valparaiso will be on the north bench. - The Girls Regional Champion will take on the winner of the Kokomo Regional - Homestead vs Noblesville at either Kokomo or South Bend St Joe on Oct 26 - Boys Match: Valparaiso vs. Concord at 4 PM EST. Concord be on the north (visitor) bench, and Valparaiso will take the south (home) bench. - The Boys Regional Champion will take on the winner of the Kokomo Regional - Warsaw vs Harrison (West Lafayette) at either Kokomo or South Bend St Joe on Oct 26 **TICKETS** Tickets are $10 per person.
